Our seafood, used in teppanyaki and sashimi, is chosen to complement the dishes. We visit the market daily to personally ensure the freshness of our selections, providing you with the freshest produce at all times. Some dishes are enhanced with maturation techniques to intensify their flavour.

We generously use seasonal vegetables, selecting rare and high-quality varieties. These serve not only as accompaniments to our meat and seafood dishes but also as premium ingredients capable of taking centre stage.

Meat

Our meat, primarily Wagyu beef, is selected for its compatibility with teppanyaki, including rare cuts like Chateaubriand. As quantities are limited, please inform us of your preferences when making a reservation.
